Anyone know what the format is at NOSM for Psychiatry interview? Any insight on how the interview is like? Thank You

Basically, very informal easy going interview. Mostly questions about your interest in psych, what is important to you in life, why you want to do psych etc. Not that bad.

Has anyone here interviewed in sask before for anything? Any insight on what interviews are like? informal.. clinical scenarios?  Is it a panel?

During 1st iteration I iv'ed with U of alberta IM and was caught off guard by the interview being 75% clinical.

I will really appreciate any insight.

I interviewed there for IM in January and it was 50% clinical scenarios (aka "what would you do" cases much like the UofA IM interview) and 50% sitting down with the PD and discussing your career/residency goals. It was very informal and conversational. Everyone was kind and supportive.

Hey congrats on the interview? I applied to McMaster pathology and didn't hear anything. When did you get the interview invite?

I have contacted all the Dx Rads program directly and they have all answered me saying that all interviews had already been sent out. There's only U of Alberta that hasn't answered me yet, anyone heard from them?

Competition is very fierce for rads in the 2nd iteration... between 125-175 applicants...!
