Waitlist movement

When can we expect to start hearing about the waitlist movement? Would we be unlikely to hear anything before May 22nd (2 weeks from May 8th)?

I would say (based on the couple of ppl who got accepted off the waitlist and posted here last year) most of the movement would be around/after May 22nd, yes. But Mac you apparently can start seeing movement about a week after the initial round of offers, so perhaps that will be similar for Queen's? They all do things slightly differently though, so who knows!
