I figure since it has to be taken by June 15 2004, which is probably before acceptance/rejection is known, I may as well get it done as soon as possible. They have courses running on a frequent basis, with very flexible schedules. You should have St. John's contact number for the Toronto area. I registered myself for a course in Mississauga.
