Starfish31415
Hi all, I'm hoping to apply for the 8k loan forgiveness program this year as I have 2-3 blocks in an eligible site. The application seems to ask for a list of every site you've worked at for the past 12 months, and the original (non-email or fax) signatures of the immediate supervisor for that site. As a resident, I've gone to some pretty far off locations and it would be a pain to drive over just for one signature, especially since this site isn't even the one that's eligible!! Anyone else have prior experience with this? Can I just get the PGME to sign it off for me somehow? Thanks for your advice.
