We are given a score for the 80% pre-interview credentials and then each interviewer ranks us out of 10 on the interview (a score out of 20 then) which is then added to give our final score. Then everyone is ranked based on their scores. If I'm not mistaken, it's not like UT adcoms will meet now and review all the applicants one last time to make the first round of offers is it? It's all just based on our score. I think Leslie Taylor mentioned the same thing at the interview weekend. Our interview score would be added into our file score and that's it... process done.
