eligibility question.

Hi.

quick question.

 

I'm planning on applying to western this sept. I have only taken a half course in Organic Chemistry so far. I would rather not take the second half during the year as it conflicts with another course.

 

Would i still be eligible for an interview and a possible acceptance for sept2003, so long as i take the second half of orgo next summer? I remember reading on the uwo website that prereq's can be completed the summer before matriculation. Does this include the orgo prereq?

<pagetext>just to let everybody know, i got a letter of acceptance from uwo yesterday. :eek i think the waiting list might be moving a bit slower than other schools, because they seem to be sending letters instead of calling.. plus, they give u quite a bit of time for u to think about it, too.. so, to everybody on the waiting list, have a little faith.. the fat lady hasn't sung yet..

I was under the impression that none of the Ontario med schools gave preference to where their applicants are from. I'm a N.S. resident but have been going to U of Guelph for two years now. Do you think there's any way I can be considered an "applicant from the Southwestern Ontario Region"?

Have they been accepted into meds, and are they moving out of dents or what? Thanks for your input.
