program transfer EMAIL for current PGY-1s from the PGME office ?

do you guys know when the letter/email for program transfers for current PGY-1s will be sent from the PGME office ?

I heard that there is a letter that will be sent to all PGY-1s in early January  regarding potential program transfers but I havent received anything.. did i miss it ? 

is it pushed back due to the whole carms delay ?

It's sent from your PGME office to other PGME offices, it's not sent to residents...

I know U of C sends out information like this to their residents for internal transfers within U of C. But I haven't heard of other schools doing that unfortunately.
