possible end design for carving are...???

from what I have gathered so far, the possible end designs are:

 

rectangular notched end

rectangular fluted end

 

trianglar notched end

trianglar fluted end

 

square notched end

square fluted end

 

 

I noticed the IQ booklet gives more designs. But do they actually appear on the real exam? I just wanna to spend on the ones that will be asked on the REAL exam for sure. Did I miss any design?

I've written the DAT twice, and those six ends are the only ones I've seen/heard of being on the real exam. This year in November was a fluted triangle and a notched rectangle I think. I wouldn't even worry about any other possibilities
