Mentorship Opportunity through SickKids PreMed Mentorship Program

Our Premed Mentorship Program aims to connect premeds with medical students in exchange for a small donation (minimum $10 is all we ask) in order to raise funds that will go directly to the SickKids Pain Centre to help with the worsening chronic pain in children during COVID-19. 

 

Steps: 

1) Please fill out this Google form: https://docs.google.com/forms/u/1/d/1N4lWAAJ_aBo6WLCvyC84diZ8PSTz56VjmiJgKls_wIM/edit?usp=drive_web

 

2) Visit SickKids' Foundation donation page to donate a minimum of $10 directly to SickKids: https://fundraise.sickkidsfoundation.com/paincentre

 

3) Send your full name, along with proof of your donation or tax recipet given to SickKidsPACFund@gmail.com

 

4) Once we've received your donation, we will match you with a medical student for a minimum 1 hour session. You can also form longitudinal relationships with your mentor if you both wish!
