Seen everything from casual to formal. Generally anywhere in the middle is safe I think. Nobody really pays too much attention to this to be honest, especially when there are so many faces on the screen. As long as you don't stand out in a bad way (i.e. wearing something completely inappropriate, which would be the same for in person social) wear whatever you want.
