What are my chances/words of advice?

Educational Stage: Just Finished undergrad in Bsc Degrees
GPA: cGPA = 3.72(ish) Final 2 years average: 3.995
MCAT: Haven't done it yet 
CASPer: Haven't done it yet  but my WPM are 90+
Non-Academic (Extracurriculars & Volunteering):

- Hospital Volunteering (3 years, more than 100 hours, got few due to high commuting distance (had no car) and it was during school years)

- Hospice Volunteering (7 months, more than 100 hours)

- Administrative/run social media for non-profit that directs food from being thrown out, to feed the less fortunate (3 years)

- VP Admin for 1 club I was passionate about (4 years), Co-president for another club we started (1 year)

- Author of a few articles for university's newspaper

- Volunteering note taker for 20+ courses throughout university (4 years)

- Upper year mentor program (2 years)

- Got 2 scholarships/awards for my final 2 years of high GPA (Idk if this counts towards anything)

- Certification of Rehabilitation (my school offered this)

Work Experience:

- Highschool physics tutor (1 year)

Research: No research within a lab, but I did co-author for a publication of a scientific infographic

Schools of interest: All (don't know my chances outside Western, Queens, McMaster which depends mostly on CARS, Ottawa I got no chance since my Stats score is a C)
