what average is considered competitive for NWO and UT?

This kind of info is posted on the school's website. You're an active member of this board. I'm surprised you didn't know where to go for this info:

Dent08, thanks for your help. I actually tried to look for it from their website. I guess I overlooked them. But anyways, Thank you so much for providing the information.

 

It seems my chance of getting in both NWO and UT are very slim.

 

I am a BC resident and UT only accepted 4 out of province students. I have little chance of getting in UWO since they accepted 1 BC resident this year and 6 students with BSC only.

 

The situation gets worst since UBC does not place quote on out of province spots starting this year :(
