Guest Dent08
This kind of info is posted on the school's website. You're an active member of this board. I'm surprised you didn't know where to go for this info: www.fmd.uwo.ca/dentistry/...istics.pdf U of T doesn't offer a direct link, so here are the stats from last years admissions: Statistics for the Doctor of Dental Surgery Program (DDS) 2004-2005 Session at U of T TOTAL APPLICANT POOL: 472 Male: 218 Female: 254 Aboriginal: 1 Mean Grade Point Average: 3.5 Mean DAT Scores (0-30 range): Academic Average (AA): 19 Perceptual Ability Test (PAT): 18 TOTAL OFFERS OF ADMISSION: 93 Male: 43 Female: 50 TOTAL REGISTERED STUDENTS: 63 Male: 26 Female: 37 Distribution by Province: Ontario: 59 Other: 4 Level of University Education: 3 Years: 16 4 (or more) Years: 42 Master's: 5 Ph.D.: 0 Mean Grade Point Average: 3.81 Mean Interview Score (0-35 range): 28 Mean DAT Scores: Academic Average (AA): 20 {Range: 14-25} Perceptual Ability Test (PAT): 19 {Range: 15-25}
Guest smooth operater
Dent08, thanks for your help. I actually tried to look for it from their website. I guess I overlooked them. But anyways, Thank you so much for providing the information. It seems my chance of getting in both NWO and UT are very slim. I am a BC resident and UT only accepted 4 out of province students. I have little chance of getting in UWO since they accepted 1 BC resident this year and 6 students with BSC only. The situation gets worst since UBC does not place quote on out of province spots starting this year
Guest madflossin
uwo accepted at least 2 bc residents this year (probably more) .... snoop and shakur are both residents of bc - and in the class of
