Shots and Blood Test before school starts

Has anyone gotten their shots (TB, Tetanus,e tc.) and blood tests done yet? I'm not looking forward to getting a blood test anytime soon; the veins on both of my arms are bruised from the general anaesthetic (wisdom teeth).

I'm having trouble tracking down my immunization record from childhood ... you have any problems with that?

 

my family doctor didnt really have anything and neither do my parents :rolleyes
