no one makes 350-400 unless they are working part time (which is hard to do as new staff lol)

You know some provinces like BC and NB publish physician payment right? From what I've seen, radiologists are consistently some of the highest paid physicians on the list. Although we do not know if there are associated costs to run the practice and if the fee goes entirely towards that physician or the group practice etc.

1. Your fees don't go entirely to you until you join the group as a partner, which usually takes a year or two.

2. Radiology pay is often split equally amongst a group because fee codes can disproportionately vary depending on the subspecialty/imaging modality. Imagine for example if a cardiologist and endocrinologist had to average out their pay, that's sort of how it generally works in radiology (exceptions would be locums, telerad, or whatever else you do independently from your main group).
