For the vaccinations, I see that there is a section to fill out for booster vaccines for Hep B, but I only have my 3 primary vaccines for Hep B. Is this okay? The instructions say, "complete series of 2-3 vaccines," but I am confused as to why there is a section for booster vaccines then and if it is mandatory. Can someone please help me out??
