Which undergrad is better?

Hello,

 

I am a U.S. student with a Canadian PR. I plan on going to med school after my undergraduate. I have applied to some of the Canadian undergraduate schools and have recieved acceptance from Windsor (BScH-Biom Sci Interdisc Health), Ottawa (Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology), and Waterloo (Health Sciences, Honours, Co-operative Program). I am still waiting on decisions from McMaster and Toronto. Can someone provide advice on which would be the best undergraduate for me to get to med school?
