Does McGill have a BSc in Physical Therapy?

Recommended Posts

Hi/Bonjour!

I'm wondering if McGill has a Physical therapy undergraduate program? I'm looking at their website...and I don't see any BSc related to Physio. However, I found out they offer a major and a master in Physio! If anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated.

Btw I'm a 3rd year student in kinesiology. :D

Thank you!!

Hi! They do offer a B sc in physical therapy, its called rehabilitation science: https://www.mcgill.ca/spot/programs/pt/bsc-rehabilitation-science.

If you finish your kin program and you have the prerequisite, you can apply to the master directly: https://www.mcgill.ca/spot/programs/pt/professional-masters. If you follow this path you do a qualifyig year the integrate the master.

Do you think it's possible for me to get maybe 1 or 2 courses for the next semester (Winter 2024)? As an exception?

I already completed 2 courses of my last semester in Kinesiology and therefore I got more time to do something else!

McGill University doesn't seem to have a bachelor's degree in physical therapy for undergraduates. However, they do offer UG in rehabilitation science and a master's program in physiotherapy. Your kinesiology background could be useful for the master's program.
