Was wondering if anyone has any information regarding gastroenterology as a subspecialty? What is the overall pay range like including billing and any extras like technical fees? GIMPCx Posted October 31, 2023 Report Share Posted October 31, 2023 Sort of depends on what you wanna do if you want to work in a hospital when you’ll have to do some call, but it’s pretty lifestyle easy. You may have to come in for the odd scope but it’s not horrible. if you just wanna work in a scope clinic and have an outpatient practice, then obviously, it’s just daytime hours compensation is on higher end. Most are probably about 500 to 800 K. If you work in an outpatient scope clinic, then you’re gonna pay considerable overhead for that.
