LuciaLeah Posted March 28 Report Share Posted March 28 I have heard many rumours that Mac's pathology program has a bad reputation, but I can never get details as to why and whether it's the AP and GP program or just one of them. I am considering applying to the General/DCP program in the second iteration. The location is best for me versus other pathology programs. Has anyone had experience with this program? GolfTangoFoxtrotOscar Posted March 31 Report Share Posted March 31 It's definitely bottom 3 in Canada. MUN is probably the absolute worst (cough Cameron Inquiry cough). The grapevine is if you're not muslim you're going to have a potentially bad time but this was over 4 years ago. Findanus Posted April 7 Report Share Posted April 7 I can't comment on the program, but a safe bet is to favor programs that have regularly placed graduates into American dermpath fellowships. This was pretty much the only thing I was informed of about the program by someone involved in it over 4 years ago.
