There are two bedrooms available in a three bedroom townhouse on Renova (connects to pixley). It's about a five minute walk to the med school (it's where a lot of the med students live). The rent is $400-$475 per month depending on which room you take plus 1/3 of hydro. It's a great place and you can't get any closer to the school.
