Ottawa GPA conversion

Hello

Last year, Ottawa needed a 3.83 to get an interview. I go to Mac, and we have a letter grade system...A+=12, A=11, A-=10...

For a 10.7 (which is A- to A), the grade conversion sheet seems to regard that to as a A-, which converts to a 3.7. Then the sheet doesn't convert anything from Mac to a 3.8; but then shows a A+ to be 3.9.

Is this correct? I'm wondering what's a 3.8 GPA based on the Mac system. Should I call OMSAS or Ottawa?

thanks

That's the thing with the GPA system, if you get an 80 or a 84 it's a 3.7 on the GPA scale (depending on the school). But an 84 vs 85 is the difference between a 3.7 or 3.9. There's no real 'middle' ground.
