It's a central location...10-12 min walk to the Faculty of Medicine and just 5 minutes from the subway, Eaton Centre and Richmond St, so you can party your hearts out this summer! There's an outdoor pool, a games room, gym etc. 1 bedroom + living room, kitchen, bathroom AND BALCONY How much? $950/mth Approx. 500sq.ft If you'd like it furnished, we can negotiate that too.
