I’m looking for a female student to share the following unit:

 

It’s a 2Br, 2bathroom (LUXURY!) apartment with an in-suite washer/dryer, etc. It's located on Cambie and 16th, really close to VGH, and 4 blocks from City Square (w/ Safeway, pharmacy, shops, etc). The unit has a Blenz Coffee shop below and Capers Grocery opening next week. The B-line stops pretty close by and there's a bus that runs along 16th as well as the shuttle that runs between VGH / UBC.

 

It's renting for $1700, which would work out to $850 each and includes heat, gas but not hydro (expected to be ~$30-40/month). The lease is only 10 months, with an option to renew.
