IP and OOP waitlists same?

I was just wondering if the IP and OOP waitlists are same or seperate...for example if 10 OOPs say no, do they then go and offer 10 new OOPs from the list or everyone is on the same list?

It depends on the school.

 

For example:

 

Toronto and Queen's have only one waitlist - same for IP and OOP, whereas Dalhousie has separate waitlists for IP and OOP.
