Hey Everyone,

 

I have another opportunity for those of you who can volunteer some of your time for a good cause.

 

Organization: Red Cross Medical Equipment Loans Service

 

Location: 5155 Victoria Drive (Cross street is 36th Avenue), Vancouver, BC

 

Shifts Available: 9:30-1:00pm or 1:00-4:00pm Monday to Saturday.

 

Positions: Front desk volunteers, Equipment cleaning/sterilizing volunteers, Data Entry volunteers.

 

Note: I am NOT posting on behalf of the Red Cross, this is just a personal request that you consider volunteering for this organization. I am a front desk volunteer at present and find it an absolutely wonderful experience. You get to directly interact with patients who have undergone or will be undergoing medical procedures or are coping with injuries. You also communicate with medical professionals regarding patient needs. It's a tremendous opportunity and we are in desperate need of some more volunteers.
