Part-time work during school year?

I looked over a bunch of old posts, but couldn't find anything about this.

 

Throughout my undergrad, I worked part-time, and have to decide pretty quick whether or not to apply for a transfer with my current job ... for those already in med school, is working during the year common, or even feasible?

 

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated =)
