HELP! The server won't accept my essay!

Anyone else having this problem? or had it in the past? I don't know how to fix it and I'm completely freaking out! And I can't get through to the UBC Admissions Department either.

and now it's showing a checkmark beside "autobiographical essay" on the menu on the right.

if there is, in green text, a note that your Essay is RECEIVED...it's in.

Make sure it's in .doc (Word) format, 2 pages or less, and no more than 35 KB it should be fine. I save all of my files on my (Windows) desktop and upload from there and haven't had a problem. As long as the happy green text is there, I'd be confident that's it's in.
