Submit Supporting Documentation in Person?

Yes you can do that. I dropped off my transcript in person.

Does anyone know if your online status for "transcript received" should change after your transcript is in?

You probably won't see the change in transcript status until after you submit the application. Even then, if you don't see it, don't panic!! It takes them a while to get that up to date.

Hi there,

 

I don't know if these processes have changed in the past few years but UBC's online application used to reflect official receipt of supporting documents prior to submission of the application. Mind you, when this happened with my application, I had submitted some of my documents at the summer's end. :rolleyes
