OMSAS questions re publications and awards

Hello,

 

I wonder whether someone knows where to attach/or whether we attach any list of publication and awards for the OMSAS online application? Do we send them by mail? I couldn't find anywhere where I could fully cite publication and awards (i.e. the name of the journal, date and volume etc).

 

Also, just wanted to share my frustration re answering to Queen's and McMaster's questions.... It has taken me such a long time to come up with something and yet I don't consider my answer to really stand out.... What is the best strategy to answer these questions least superficially?
