advice for electives at UBC

I am interested to apply for a summer elective in Vancouver but I wonder if there are hospitals or clinics that are better than others. I would like to try sport medicine, physical med and rehab or dermatology. Can someone, particularly if you are from UBC, advice me a bit on how to arrange a good elective in those fields in Vancouver?

Hi there,

 

One of my classmates completed a Derm elective at Vancouver General this year and had very good things to say about it. I'm not sure which preceptor they worked with, though.
