What do the interviewers know?

Hi,

 

I was trying to find a thread that answer this question, but I can't seem to find anything.

 

What information about candidates do the interviewers know about?

 

e.g. have your profile on hand, blind to academic performance?

 

Looking at some of the previous posts, it appears that they may have your profile/resume that we submitted, since some of the questions were specific to EC activities.

<pagetext>Are we allowed to update our application/file at the U of A following an interview? For example, if we have been involved in new activities or have gained some interesting research experience or published a paper (etc.) will they look at this information or just throw it out? I would also like to know if we are able to send in a new reference letter to replace one that we submitted previously. I figure the answer to both of these is "no new submissions" but I thought I would ask anyway.

I don't think you're allowed to change your application following the deadline unless there is some really compelling reason.
