Guest drbutterwick
HI All, I was just wondering what a good score is on the DATs. I have been writing AAMC MCAT and getting 13's in Physical and 12's in Bio. Besides practicing for the Carving Section, should I really study much for the DAT's? Thanks for your help. Guest Mala2003
Hi drbutterwick, You should definitely look at the PAT section of the DAT as it's something that we've never encountered before. Also, while the MCAT is a good enough prep for the Natural Sciences section of the DAT - you "may" want to brush up on topics such as ecology, kingdoms/classifications etc which is not covered on the MCAT. Guest tottihead
Yeah, i would definately recommend studying for the PAT just to get yourself accustomed to the types of strategies there are to do well. Also, Reading Comprehension, I know the MCAT's verbal reasoning is more difficult that this, but this section is kept in high regards by almost every canadian university, so i would just do as many practice RTC's as possible, i think you'll be fine for natural sciences
