Guest trickete
Hey, hope that everyone is happy with their MCATs :\ I am not a maritime resident, but would really like to apply to Dal. Unfortunately I scored a 29Q- so close, but not the '30' that Dal requires. Is this '30' a super-strict cutoff, or will they still consider me? ie/ I know that some schools will still consider applicants with a lower MCAT scores, but they don't advertise it. Has anyone had experience with this? Any suggestions would be awesome, thanks guys.
Guest 007
I know that Dal does take a pretty wholesome look at applicants and that even for the interviews it's not the top 50 people with respect to MCATs and GPAs that get OOP interviews. However, I'm not sure how strict they are about the 30 cutoff. I really recommend that you phone Admissions and speak to them. They will give you the best answer. Guest ezaholic
I contacted them last year and they seemed quite strict. I got an email back (and I paraphrase ): 'sorry about your luck - OOP need a 30'. ez
