re: incorrect graduate assessment

Hi guys,

I am a graduate student in a two-year research based masters program. I just received a letter from Ottawa last week saying I didn't qualify for the graduate policy because I was in a course-based program, and could not be granted an interview based on my undergrad GPA.

 

I've tried to call the Admissions Office at Ottawa U twice now to clarify that I am in a research program. I haven't received a response yet. I never received a letter asking for the supplementary graduate documentation (and didn't know about it until I read the postings today).

 

Any suggestions on what I should do? With the graduate policy I do meet the minimum requirements for my GPA so I don't want to miss out on a potential interview just because of this mistake.
