Guest Kirsteen Posted June 30, 2004 Report Share Posted June 30, 2004 Hi there, I just went through this debacle a short while ago. OSAP applications are not transferrable, I learned. For example, I had applied for OSAP earlier in the year once I had gained admission to a UofT PhD program. I contacted the folks in the know in an attempt to change the application to reflect my Calgary acceptance and was informed that I had to restart my application, that my UofT application would be canceled.
