Hi wondering if you guys know students that graduated from med last year.

to kick the forums I am trying the following self-help technique:

 

- stop replying to posts, otherwise you probably will want to check responses.

- if you post a lot like the aforementioned individuals, then you probably have multiple posts on multiple boards that you follow.

 

- once you stop interacting on the forums it'll be much easier to take the next step and quit.

 

don't ask me a follow up to this, because I am quitting. after a cardiology session today, I am hurting pretty badly.
