Guest Chieka
Do you means as in looking at graduate grades? If so, I'm sure loads of schools look at grad transcripts. And if they don't, many schools will consider the graduate degree itself when making final decisions. The American application process is very holistic, and not half as rigid as the Ontario application process is. I think you'd have to check out each school, though. Application processes vary. Here's a site for premeds applying to American schools: http://www.studentdoctor.net The forums should be able to provide more specific info. C. Guest Kirsteen
Hi there, Yes, many US schools do take graduate coursework into consideration when considering applicants. As Chieka mentioned, it seems that many of their methods are much more holistic and many schools with which I've interacted thus far seem to like applicants who have research experience. Your best bet would be to contact the schools that interest you directly. Cheers, Kirsteen
