Whats going on?

Is there anyone out there who can tell me whats happening with the american schools (i.e. albany and penn state). I applied all the way back in November and have yet to hear anything. Should I assume, I was not granted an interview? thanks

Unfortunately, I think most US schools have finished interviewing by now. (I don't know any specifics regarding Albany and Penn state though, so I could be wrong about these two schools.) In any case, you should give them a call and inquire about your status.
