Of course, that's easy for me as I entered that exam as a family medicine resident -- the bigger challenge is for those with more specialized training having to remember the nuances of specialties they're not involved in (for instance, a surgeon trying to go into a paeds station). It's an OSCE based examination, with a simulated patient and an evaluator in the background asking the questions. You need a general approach to the common presenting complaints.
