Official document a substitute for verifier?

Hi, since some of the activities in the autobio sketch may be done a while ago, it might be hard to trace back and find specific verifiers. Is it OK if you have some sort of an official document (rather than a person) to verify an activity? Personally I find it more convincing than a "human verifier," but I'm not sure if med schools accept this.

Sorry if this question has already been answered before

I wrote "Undergraduate Transcript" for some of the items on my sketch, and listed the address of the Registrar's Office along with it. I think that's pretty reasonable for stuff (such as courses taken, awards, etc) that are on an official document.
