Where to enter verifier positions on the OMSAS sketch?

I noticed that there doesn't seem to be anywhere to list a verifier's job title/position. Are we supposed to put this in the comment section or just leave it out?

I put their titles down in the comments section, but I am only one person. Maybe other people have input?

where do i write WHAT they are verifying on my sketch?

 

or are these numbers only for activities in my individual school submissions.

 

i know ottawa allocates a space for the verifier number, for each activity.

Enter them as follows:

 

ER Volunteer at xyz hospital (2)

 

And then make sure verifier 2 is the volunteer coordinator or whatever at xyz hospital.

so you are putting that in the ABS description itself? that makes perfect sense.

Hi there,

 

Consider your verifier list as a list of references in a paper in a journal. Then use those numbers within your sketches, list of activities and essays, just as you would if you were writing a paper. I haven't seen this year's OMSAS application, but in the verifier list, there used to be plenty of character space to enter particulars re: that verifier, i.e., your relationship to them, and their position.
