peachy Posted September 22, 2006 Report Share Posted September 22, 2006 If this person is a coworker who you have a good relationship with and happen to consider a friend as well, but you'd describe them as a coworker first, and you don't have anybody else who could serve as a reference, then you'll have to decide for yourself if it'll come across as a "friend" writing you a reference.
