applying in 3rd year

are 3rd year applicants treated equally at all the ontario universities that do not require a degree?? if not, what makes a 3rd year applicant competitive?

 

i'm trying to decide if applying next year would be a good idea for me.

 

for those of you who did, do you regret the experience or was it worth your while?

<pagetext>For the purpose of degree requirements, I'm in a position where I want to take 60% 3rd year courses, 20% 2nd and 20% 1st year (physics). I was wondering if anyone has any insights into the maximum number of 1st and 2nd year courses one would be able to take in 3rd year without have their application looked down upon? I know UofT suggests that 60% of your courseload be at your year of study and many other schools have similar guidelines, but realistically, what is the case?
