Professional advisor

As many of you might know, UofT doesn't have a pre-med advisor, and I haven't heard of other Canadian schools having one either. I know in the States many professional med school advisors exist - basically people who charge to advise you on how to manage your undergrad and how and where to apply. Do you know if any such services exist in Toronto, both for Canadian and U.S. schools?
