CrazyKath
Hey all! Does anyone know of any resources for short-term housing during electives? I live about a block from the Foothills hospital in Calgary in a killer apartment that is going to be empty for about 3 months this year as I'm on electives! I also need to find housing for an elective in Halifax in April... Is there anything set -up where we can look at housing options from other clerks? I've spent enough on flights already.. I'd love to save a little on accom.! Plus if anyone has an elective in Calgary from March 10-April 20 my 1bdrm in Calgary is available... just don't trash it ~K~
007
I think there is an accommodation section on the CFMS website. Also, for Dal you can write an email asking for accommodationto dmss@dal.ca and it will be sent to all members of Dal Med.
Rome
A friend of mine mentioned a site called craigslist. there is a local classified page for each major city. ie. http://londonon.craigslist.org/ I have not used it first hand yet, but it might be worth a try!
