temp_degoo
I was wondering where all you med students live. I know a few that live off campus, and some that live at chestnut. Do any of you guys live in Massey College? My PI is a senior fellow there, and I always wondered what it meant/entailed. Can you apply for residence there like any other place or is it exclusive? peachy
Yes, there are usually a handful of medical students living at Massey, as well as a handful at Chestnut, a couple at Knox, etc. Most people live off campus, though, with the Bay corridor probably being the most popular area. People live all over, with a good number in the Annex, and also a fair number commuting in from the suburbs.
clkt
what is rent like in the Bay corridor?
peachy
what is rent like in the Bay corridor?Roughly $1000-ish for a bachelor, more for a one-bedroom, less if you have a roommate, etc. There are a bunch of ads at the torontomeds forums that can give you a better idea of prices. temp_degoo
See here: http://www.premed101.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18765 I guess I dropped the ball on that one. I was interested in Massey College. It says on their website that all diners are formal, and there are certain gowns that need to be worn? I've been here for years and never knew about this.
