My roommate is graduating this year, and I'm looking for a female student to share my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom downtown condo.

 

Laundry, all kitchen appliances (including dishwasher) in apartment, everything is already furnished except the second bedroom. Sauna, whirlpool, storage locker in building. 155 Kent, 1 minute from Richmond St and bus stop.

 

$525/month plus utilities, 12 month lease starting Sept 1.
