I am a second year student and going on clerkship placement in North Bay. I will be back in 8 months, but an 8 mo. lease is hard to find especially in Sudbury. This would give you a chance to go home in summer or something without paying rent. The place is perfect for a couple so if you are moving with your partner this is the place for you. It is a backsplit house and the apt. has working fireplace and jacuzzi bath tub. There is a big deck you can use all for yourself. The landlords live upstairs and are great. You can use their dock. Lake is clear spring fed and great for swimming.
