Exams at the end of each semester?

Recommended Posts

I was looking at the course syllibi and just want to confirm the exams are at the end of the semester. This must mean a ton of information crunch at the end of the semester, right? For Phase II all of the various systems must get tested at the end of the semester, correct?

Just one other thing (entirely unrelated). Has anyone lived in grad residence? How was the experience?

Thanks again; you folks are very helpful!

Exams are at the end of each semester. I, too, was skeptical about the wisdom of this approach. However, I have found that a significant benefit is the time available to get into the swing of things, engage in other activities without being too overloaded during most of the semester. The real stress is confined to ~3 weeks prior to exams. Another possible advantage is that licensing exams require you to study a large amount of information. With exams at the end of the semester, I have learned how to manage my studying throughout the semester and hope this will help when licensing exams come around.
