kiwi
Is there a number to letter grade conversion chart available for the writing sample?
socialistmisanthrope
Not sure...but you can work it out like this: each essay gets a score out of 6, both of those scores combined gives you a score out of 12, and numbers 1-12 correspond to letters J-T to give you your letter score. So, for instance, if you get a 3 one essay and a 4 on the other, your combined score is 7 and your letter score is P. I hope I've got this figured right. Actually a 7 corresponds to an O (since J is 2).

kiwi
oh ok, that make sense. thanks! by the way, for anyone who has taken a princeton review course and written the MCAT, do you think the grading of the writing sample on the diagnostic tests is representative of toughness of grading on the actual MCAT?
